A scouting setup, never made one before so I don't know how good it is, give feedback

-not ment for combat at all
-AB can be switched for MWD
-if AB fitted, lowslot can be fitted with something else

Does the heron have the power output....

I know that the heron is the ew frig but I've never used it...

The Griffon is the EW frig, the heron is a scout ship, totaly sucks in combat.

Looks good i forgot about the Heron, its probably the best scout ship, getting a cloak fitted boosts the price a fair bit and i doubt we'd be able to get a BP as BPO's are generally 10times the price of the module. So maybe something else to go there... dont know. what slots do sensor dampners go in?
Maybe a WCS in a low for recon... or moon prospecting, as that requires a ship with a probe launcher to go round shooting moons.

never fitted a scoutship so I'm not sure at all, the dampener goes in midslot though,
