Why are we selling fitted ships? sSurely we provide the ships, and we can sell the mods, but fitting should be up to the buyers?

the idea is to sell bulk quantities of ships set up to large corporations who can't be bothered to do it themselves. Its just an experiment really to see if anyones interested. But i think it might be handy for corps to buy a bulk and whack them in corp hanger so they know they're always there for any situation. Could we have more feedback on the idea? does anyone else have doubts?

Really it was just an idea we had...
When kris joined us he bought with him a merlin blue print....
Not really much point in selling on the open market but if we can sell in bulk orders....
Maybe to something like eve uni, or other corps that teach PvP to noobs

He is doing some work actually, criticising ... i bet he has that up to lvl5 to be honest.
And i think it's not a bad idea, another idea might be to offer plain ships without fitting, and when the person makes an order, ask him if he wanted any specified fittings on em for an extra fee but still less than it might cost him if he bought all the mods separately
Just a thought.

Yeah i think we might need to find a person in corp who has some sales experience in rl... I don't mind doing it but if there is someone better than me at selling i think they should do it. All i have done is one day of selling mazda's! anyway, a good sales person will be able to make good pitches to potential buyers then reel them in and convince them to buy all the added extras... In theory.
Anyone got any sales skills??

I have sales skills in RL. I'm a Sales Manager in fact. All I will need is exact specs on the stuff we are going to sell, quantities available and a list of potential buyers.

I take it if we're gonna start producing stuff, that we will need allot of minerals.

LOL carita, I am good at selling, but me real skill lays in selling crazy plans to Sub ;D Axel it a well known scientific method to try to disprove a theory and if you can't then it must be valid, I would have expected you to know that ;D
Perhaps we can sell models like the Condor basic (no mods, sh*t radio), Condor XL (standard mods better radio and fluffy dice), Condor Supreme ( good mods, CD player, taxed and a full tank of gas)

out of lac of anything to do, I'm gonna massproduce ship setups for different porposes this day.
one question though, should I restrict it to Frigates or do we plan to make heavier crafts aswell?

Very good point...
Stick with frigs at the mo...
And only the high spec ones...like merlin and kessie, people hardly buy the other nutsty ones...
We can then start to look at a couple of cruiser class ships.....
This is good guys...starting to feel like a corp again ;D
